What happens after my trial?
Choose a paid plan to keep creating and editing records. If your trial ends without an active subscription, your existing records remain available to view and export.
Can I use more than one currency?
Yes. Set a default business currency and choose a currency for each enquiry or quote. Invoices, payments, and costs use the invoice currency. Reports show one currency at a time; amounts are never combined using an assumed exchange rate.
Does my team share the same workspace?
Yes. Your owner account can add team accounts within your plan’s limits. Each client business has a separate workspace with its own records and subscription.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
When subscriptions are available, owners can open the Stripe billing portal from Subscription to manage their plan, payment details, and cancellation.
PLATFORM USAGE
How usage is measured.
The platform administrator can view registered account profiles, approximate active time and frequently used services to understand usage and application performance. Active time is measured while the app is visible, focused and recently used. Daily usage summaries are retained for 90 days.
Usage analytics exclude passwords, session tokens and the contents of your business records. Your business workspace remains separate from other customers.
